We just bought a new-used vehicle from one of your new salesmen, Mitch. We really liked him. He was not pushy, and was easy to work with. The day we got our vehicle, we noticed a funny sound in the front end. Jack in service had his team work on it. He gave me a rental to use. When my vehicle was ready to pick up, Jack drove my vehicle to Deadwood and swapped cars with me on a Friday night. Jack even had to put some gas in my car. Of course, I paid him back, but I don't think he would have cared. Mitch called on Friday night to follow up that my car had been fixed. What a couple of great guys. Due to this great customer service, my husband is now going to bring his work truck to Scott Peterson Motors to have all of his service work done. We are definitely going to be customers for life! I wanted you to know of the exemplary service I received today. The window on my Dodge van wouldn't go up today, a very hot day. I got to your store just as Nick was leaving. With the help of Joe and Erin they got the window back up and sealed until parts could be obtained. It would have been easy for the three of them to tell me they were closed and to come back on Monday, but they instead choose to get me on the road in a much cooler car. Dear Jack Verry and the rest of the crew at Scott Peterson Motors, Thank you so much for getting us back on the road quickly! Jack we were so thankful that you happened to be at the shop late Friday night! You gave us peace of mind knowing the wheel would be worked on in the morning, so we could sleep!! On a side note - we are always looking at and analyzing vehicles. We drove 2,700 miles last week, and saw lots of vehicles! This is just a note to let you know how fortunate Belle Fourche is to have a business like Scott Peterson Motors as part of their community. On Saturday, Sept 10th, 2011 at 5:30pm, we had a breakdown with our car just a block from Scott Peterson Motors. On a Saturday at 5:30 we knew no one would be there, but we stopped anyway. Fortunately Kortney Kindsfater was still there and he gave us a loaner car, a 2004 Ford Taurus, to use until a technician could look at ours on Monday. There was no charge but just to bring it back with as much fuel as when we got it. We were complete strangers and were very surprised to be treated so well. On Monday, the 12th we learned that the transmission needed to be replaced in our car. Jack Verry did an excellent job of explaining what are options were for fixing it and that we could take the loaner car home and bring it back when we came to get our car. We live in Arlington SD, which isn't just across the street, and we only have the one car so we had to use the loaner car for all of our driving activities. We went back for our car on Friday the 24th. We had used the loaner car for about two weeks and it drove like a new car. This is the only dealer we have ever done business with that treated us like that. Scott Peterson Motors is a real gem in our book!

Thank you for helping us getting us on our way to elk hunt in Colorado after our 98 red Dodge blew its water pump. The parts dept, service dept, receptionist and others were so friendly and outstanding in their service and care for us. A loaner car to use (without asking!), suggestion of a motel and eats, even a vision office to fix my glasses. Like I told her, if she thought I was crazy to buy my first brand new vehicle sight unseen (the '04 F-150), I asked her how she felt about me not only buying this one sight unseen but actually paying for it before I saw it and taking it one step further, applying for the new title still sight unseen. I wouldn't have purchased three new vehicles in the last 11 months if I didn't enjoy the experience, the people and the business relationship. Thank you for your business as well, Scott. Maureen of course thinks I'm a nut but that's her job and I also notice that every accelerator pedal she steps down on seems to bring a smile to her face.
